Episode 812: It Must Suck to Be an Agent in 2023

Some of the mainstream publishers loved American Crime Story but didn't have a clue about how to publish it. It's a very long story broken up into 5 shorter books, and it's not exactly woke. Not wanting to give it to one of the hard-boiled or noir presses that would surely publish the series, I wanted to give it to my own Bear Media, which means my agent is SOL.
